This newly upgraded facility has a combined 31 bed capacity for temporary and permanent patients with trained and dedicated staff.<\/p>\n
Community Building<\/strong><\/p>\n This building houses a dining room, hairdressing salon, library, and homely lounge. Other activities that emanate from this building are social gatherings, Bible Studies, church services and gym exercises, to name but a few. Meals and private functions<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Administrative Office<\/strong><\/p>\n The administrative office takes care of the administration and financial aspects of running the Village and protecting the interests of the residents. Services such as the sending\/receiving of faxes, e-mails, notices and newsletters are provided. The friendly staff are always willing to help where they can.<\/p>\n The Village also has a full time maintenance group to ensure the overall good condition of the cottages, flats, roads, etc.<\/p>\n Medical Services<\/strong><\/p>\n A qualified nursing sister is available from Monday to Friday to attend to the minor needs of residents and a medical practitioner has a room in the Village where patients can be attended to four days per week. He also makes house calls.<\/p>\n Transport Service<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Village has a minibus and transport is arranged to various shopping centres and entertainment venues on a regular basis.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Social Club The social club is responsible for arranging excursions to places of interest. Bring and Buy, card games, Bingo evenings, Bring and Braai and other social events take place on a regular basis. Activities such as bowls, snooker, croquet and training sessions are also available.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Hairdressing Salon<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n A favourite activity for the ladies but the gentlemen are also regular visitors. The salon specialises in cutting, colouring, curling and blow-drying. Non-residents are welcome but booking is essential.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n
